New value proposition

A more complete offering for the customer and a model that can be repeated in new opportunities.

Diagram: your company's capabilities plus Fluid's integration capabilities form a third value proposition.

Why partner with Fluid

Integration shouldn't be why an opportunity stalls.

Your customers already operate with different ERPs, financial platforms, e-commerce, marketplaces, and applications. When connecting these technologies requires new projects, in-house development, or changes to the customer's routine, integration stops being just a technical issue and starts limiting sales, expansion, and delivery speed.

  • Expand your offering

Meet new integration needs without turning every customer demand into in-house development or another item on your roadmap.

  • Accelerate sales

Reduce objections, technical dependencies, and delays caused by the need to connect different systems.

  • Access new markets

Connect your offering to new ecosystems, technologies, and use cases to reach customers and opportunities that previously required specific integrations.

  • Generate new revenue

Structure different business models, from referrals and reselling to embedded offerings, revenue share, and joint commercial initiatives.

  • Scale without proportionally increasing complexity

Use Fluid as an integration and orchestration layer to connect your offering to your customers' tech environments without taking on all that complexity alone.

  • The result is simple: fewer deals stalled by integration and more possibilities to create value with what your company already does well.

How We Create Value Together

When capabilities complement each other, a new value proposition emerges.

The partnership starts with what each company already does well. You keep your product, your market, your customers, and your expertise. Fluid adds the ability to connect this offering to the systems and processes that are part of the customer's operation.

Fluid brings

  • Orchestration

1 + 1 = 3

Product and expertise + integration capability = a more complete value proposition for the customer.

The combination can reduce adoption friction, expand the solution's reach, and turn an isolated integration into a model that can be reused for other customers and opportunities.

Embedded Solutions & White Label

Your brand. Fluid's infrastructure behind it.

Embed integration capabilities into your own offering and deliver a more complete customer experience, maintaining your brand, your commercial relationship, and your solution's prominence.

Your solution stays in front. Fluid works behind the scenes to take it further.

Your brand / your solution
Embedded Fluid capability
ERPs · applications · platforms · customer systems
Three-layer architecture: the partner's brand and solution at the front, the embedded Fluid capability in the middle, and the customer's ERPs, applications, platforms, and systems at the base.

Fluid's capability can be embedded into the partner's product, service, or experience to connect applications, ERPs, platforms, and processes used by their customers.

Instead of treating each new integration as an isolated project, the partner can structure scalable models that can be used across different customers and scenarios.

The customer doesn't have to change how they work to consume more of what you offer.

  • Embedded

Fluid operates as the integration layer between your solution and your customers' tech environments.

  • White Label

The experience can be structured to preserve your brand and customer relationship.

  • Build

Fluid and the partner can develop connectors, flows, and solutions with reuse potential.

  • Revenue Share

When it makes sense for the business model, economic generation can be structured jointly.

Fluid doesn't have to sell for you. It can help what you already sell reach the customer with less friction.

Ecosystem Use Cases

When integration stops being a project and starts creating business capability.

See how different combinations of technology, distribution, and integration can reduce customer friction, expand offerings, and create models with replication potential.

  • Fintech + Fluid

One financial solution. Many customer environments.

    Problem
A financial platform can deliver an excellent experience in its own product but still face friction when customers need to move that information to their ERPs and financial processes.
    Combination
Fluid connects the financial platform to the systems used by customers, allowing the automation of flows that previously required reconciliation, manual entry, or specific integration.
    Benefit for the partner
Greater ability to serve different environments without turning each new ERP into an isolated development project.
    Benefit for the customer
Less manual work and a financial experience integrated into the operations they already use.
    Replicability
The same architecture can be used to connect the offering to different customers and ERPs.
  • Bank + Fluid

Financial services within the processes customers already use.

    Problem
Banking products can be excellent, but their adoption slows down when the customer has to leave their ERP or significantly change their routine to use them.
    Combination
Fluid connects financial APIs and services to the systems used by companies, allowing banking processes to be incorporated into the customer's operational routine.
    Benefit for the partner
Greater reach for your products and a lower technological barrier to adoption.
    Benefit for the customer
Access to financial services within the processes and systems they already use.
    Replicability
Instead of a completely new project for each customer, connectors and flows can create a foundation for expansion.
  • ERP + Fluid

More integration capacity without turning the ERP into a factory for specific projects.

    Problem
ERP customers operate with marketplaces, banks, logistics systems, fiscal platforms, HCM, vertical applications, and various other technologies. Each new integration need can compete for priority with the ERP's own roadmap.
    Combination
Fluid acts as the integration and orchestration layer between the ERP and the rest of the customer's technological ecosystem.
    Benefit for the partner
Greater ability to respond to integration needs without shouldering all the development complexity alone.
    Benefit for the customer
More speed in connecting the systems that are part of their operation.
    Replicability
Integrations and architectures developed for certain scenarios can create reusable assets for new opportunities.
  • Marketplace / Platform + Fluid

Integration as part of the product experience.

    Problem
A platform that brings together third-party services needs to connect different APIs and systems without this complexity becoming a barrier for the customer.
    Combination
Fluid operates as the marketplace's integration engine, connecting the different capabilities that need to work within that experience.
    Benefit for the partner
More capacity to expand the offering without rebuilding the integration layer for each new service.
    Benefit for the customer
Simpler activation and a more integrated experience.
    Replicability
New services can use the same integration architecture as a basis for expansion.
